Please note: - We provide a starter pack of cleaning supplies. - There isn’t a kitchen but there is a mini refrigerator. - No outside storage of any kind. - The front house from time to time does get rented out for birthday parties, weddings, and different sorts of events where they use the backyard. These events are supposed to shut down by 8 p.m. and cleaned up by 9 p.m. They are told to keep the volume down if they want to congregate in the backyard, but not every reservation follows the rules.
